π± What You'll Be Doing
Depending on the crew you're assigned to, your work may include:
π³ Landscape installation
πΏ Planting trees, shrubs, and perennials
πͺ¨ Installing mulch, decorative stone, and landscape materials
π Fine grading and site preparation
πΎ Seeding, hydroseeding, and sod installation
βοΈ Lawn mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing
π Spring and fall clean-ups
π² Pruning and landscape maintenance
π οΈ Operating commercial mowers, skid steers, mini excavators, chainsaws, blowers, dump trailers, and other professional equipment
π Keeping trucks, trailers, equipment, and the shop clean and organized
π€ Working as a team to exceed customer expectations
β What We're Looking For
βοΈ Landscape experience is preferred, but we're willing to train the right person with a great attitude and strong work ethic
βοΈ Dependable and punctual
βοΈ Reliable transportation to and from work
βοΈ Ability to safely lift 50 pounds and work outdoors in all weather conditions
βοΈ Positive attitude and willingness to learn
βοΈ Team player who takes pride in producing quality work
